That was Federal Minister of Tourism, the Hon. Lindsay Grant speaking at a Press Conference organized by the Ministry of Tourism last week Friday.

He went into further details on one of the policies of cruise ships from Florida that will have an impact on the Tourism sector as well as the handling of the pandemic in SKN:

In May, the Florida Legislature passed and the Governor – Ron DeSantis signed into law a Bill that prohibits all business entities (including cruise ships) that “require patrons or customers to provide any documentation certifying COVID-19 Vaccination or post-transmission recovery to gain access to, entry upon or service from the business,” be fined $5,000 per violation.

The bill took effect on July 1st.
