Caribbean Week of Agriculture and St. Kitts’ 30th Agriculture Open Day and Marine Expo held this week
From September 29th to October 3rd, 2025, St. Kitts and Nevis is hosting the 19th Caribbean Week of Agriculture (CWA) under the theme “Sowing Change, Harvesting Resilience: Transforming Our Caribbean Food Systems for 2025 and Beyond.”
The event is a region‑wide gathering of stakeholders. This is the voice of Chaira Flanders, Communication Lead in the Federal Ministry of Agriculture:
The week of activities is open to the public and will feature the opening ceremony, educational seminars, a seafood night and more.
Also, another feature of the week is St. Kitts’ 30th Agriculture Day and Marine Expo from October 2nd to 3rd, 2025 at the Royal Valley National Park, Kim Collins Highway. There will be regional vendors, live cooking stations, cultural performances and educational booths amongst other activities. This is a bit of the event’s history:
