Permanent Representative of St. Kitts and Nevis to the United Nations, delivered a statement on behalf of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) on the Organisation of the Work of the Fifth Committee.
“The Fifth Committee is the Committee of the General Assembly with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters. Based on the reports of the Fifth Committee, the General Assembly considers and approves the budget of the Organization”, un.org says.
