Cause of death revealed for late educator

An autopsy was conducted on the body of a late educator on Friday May 26th.

 

 

 

Police say, Mr. Oswald Elliott, 69, was found deceased in his home, at Nevis Street, St. Kitts, during the mid-morning hours on Tuesday May 23rd.

 

 

 

They found him following a call for assistance.

 

 

 

Upon entry, Emergency Services found Mr. Elliott inside and unresponsive. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by the District Medical Officer.

 

 

 

The autopsy, conducted by Resident Pathologist, Dr Adrian Nuñez, concluded that death was due to multi-organ failure. A previous press release said this incident was “a suspected suicide”.
