In a display of solidarity with persons experiencing economic hardship because of the Coronavirus pandemic, the Concerned Citizens Movement (CCM) Party, continues its initiative to ensure that “no family in Nevis goes hungry”.
Premier of Nevis and Leader of the CCM Party, the Hon. Mark Brantley, announced in April of this year, that the Ministers of Government here on Nevis will contribute $13, 500.00 monthly toward the program.
The money contributed, according to Mr. Brantley, is not from Nevis’ Treasury.
In providing an update, last week Mr. Brantley mentioned the number of families that have benefited:

Data was collated from persons for the July disbursement and the Premier said that vouchers would have been handed out between July 30th and July 31st.
