When would St. Kitts and Nevis be in a position to reopen its borders?

During Monday’s CoVID-19 briefing here on Nevis, Chair of Nevis’ CoVID-19 Task Force, Dr. Judy Nisbett, said St. Kitts and Nevis must have the confidence to open its borders.

Thus far, 4 out the 15 confirmed cases here in the Federation have recovered, with 11 active cases and zero (0) deaths.
