A discussion on Thursday featured Abdulkadir Musse, the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund or UNICEF’s Eastern Caribbean Representative.
Musse shared that on Friday, July 25th, 2025, a new programme called the Child Ambassadors will be launched in the federation. Here are more details:
The event forms part of celebrations marking the 35th year since St. Kitts and Nevis ratified the Convention on the Rights of the Child. It is expected to have over 200 children in attendance along with the Deputy Prime Minister, the Hon. Dr. Geoffrey Hanley and other government representatives.
