Child Month 2024 officially launched

“Embrace inclusion, every child counts”. That’s the theme for Child Month 2024 in St. Kitts and Nevis.

 

 

The month of June has been used to highlight the rights and well-being of children in the Federation for nearly four decades, through various activities.

 

 

 

Deputy Prime Minister and Federal Minister of Education, Dr. Geoffrey Hanley, in officially launching Child Month, spoke of the theme.

Activities throughout the month will include: zonal Church Services, parents awareness activities, parades and much more. On Nevis, Child Month 2024 officially opened with a church service held on Monday June 3rd at the Gingerland Seventh Day Adventist Church.
