COVID-19 case clusters recorded as COVID-19 protective measures ignored and positives unknown
Last month, SKN’s Chief Medical Officer addressed the clusters of COVID-19 cases recorded across the Federation resulting in the sudden uptake in cases.
Dr. Hazel Laws first elaborated on the clusters recorded at that time:
She went further to explain that one of the factors resulting in the clusters of cases “is non-adherence to the COVID-19 protective measures.” These include lack of social and physical distancing, non-compliance regarding the wearing face masks, etc.
During the Prime Minister’s Press Conference on Tuesday, Dr. Laws spoke about the consequences of non-adherence of the COVID-19 protective measures, as persons continue to ignore the protocols.
