The Caribbean Tourism Organization in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Nevis will host the 10th Tourism Human Resources Conference, under the theme: “Navigating the Next Phase of Caribbean Tourism”.

The event is expected to provide insights on how human resource development can be leveraged to support the growth, development, innovation and competitiveness of the Caribbean tourism sector. The conference will take place on Monday October 30th to Wednesday 1st, November, 2023 at the Four Seasons Resort.

Attendees will be able to gain hands on skills and strategies to increase the level of success in the world of Tourism HR. Speakers will include local and regional experts involved in the field and the featured address will be delivered by Nevis’ Premier and Minister of Tourism, Hon. Mark Brantley.
