The official start of the Culturama 52 pageant season gets underway today (Friday May 1^st) with the highly anticipated contestant reveal at Pinney’s Beach.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. and will introduce contestants for the Miss Culture Queen Pageant, the Miss Culture Swimwear Competition, and the Mr. Kool Contest, marking the start of their journey to the crown.

Organizers say the reveal event will also feature live performances from reigning Soca Groovy King Adowah, Soca Power Kings Ras and Roco Dan, as well as Kaiso Monarch Empress Lyric.

Entertainment will also be provided by DJs Big Dream and SG Presidential.

The event is free to the public, and patrons are encouraged to go out and support as the island officially kicks off one of its most anticipated cultural seasons.
