Prime Minister Harris made the announcement during a recent edition of the “Leadership Matters” program.

The St. Kitts and Nevis Development Bank offered the six months Loan repayment moratorium to qualified applicants as of March 2020 shortly after the closure of the nation’s borders to assist affected households due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The assistance came as a part of the federal government’s 120 million dollar economic stimulus package, the largest assistance package announced by any government in the region.
