Diplomat Contingent taken on tour of Nevis

As Diplomatic week in St. Kitts-Nevis continues, a contingent of diplomats were taken on a tour of the island of Nevis on Wednesday, April 26th.

 

 

 

Welcoming them to the island were Premier the Hon. Mark Brantley during a reception, held at the Malcolm Guishard Recreational Park Visitor’s Centre.

 

 

 

Apart from the reception, the dignitaries also visited the Nevisian Heritage Village, Artisan Village, Alexander Hamilton Museum and Bath Stream. A courtesy call was also paid on Deputy Governor-General of Nevis, Her Honour Mrs. Hyleeta Liburd, at the Government House. The tour then came to an end with a cocktail party hosted by Deputy Premier, Hon. Eric Evelyn at Sunshine’s Beach Bar and Grill.

 

 

 

The activities will continue (today) Thursday in St. Kitts with a Diplomatic Boulevard, where members of the general public will get the opportunity to interact with the diplomats.
