Discussions on the various possibilities to bring forth National Health Insurance to the people of St. Kitts and Nevis is underway.

This was announced by Prime Minister and Federal Minister of Health, Hon. Dr. Terrance Drew. The government has previously spoken about its plan in introducing the new health initiative to provide better health accessibility to the public.

While speaking about the Sustainable Island State Agenda, Prime Minister Drew said the government is seeking to transform the nation’s health sector to align with the sustainable goals being put forward:
