Double homicide; police investigates murder 13 & 14 in St. Kitts

As crime escalates in the federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, the police have confirmed a double murder incident that occurred in St. Kitts this morning.

 

 

 

It is understood that a shooting took place on Rectory Road in the Greenlands area where two (2) persons are said to be deceased placing the count to 14.

 

 

 

As police are still investigating, details are sketchy. However, a rumour that is currently circulating indicates that ‘a mother and her son’ have been murdered. The police have confirmed that this piece of information is false.

 

 

 

In more police news—The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force has arrested and charged a fifteen-year-old for the offence of Wounding with Intent.

 

 

 

The incident was committed on Wednesday, May 17th, 2023 at the Charles E. Mills Secondary School (CEMSS).

 

 

 

The arrest and charging of the juvenile was executed at the Sandy Point Police Station on June 3rd, 2023 in the presence of a parent.
