Events that have both Vaccinated and Non-Vaccinated individuals in St. Kitts & Nevis (SKN), are to carry on with existing COVID-19 protocols, such as the wearing of face masks, social and physical distancing etc. 

These protocols have been in place since March 2020, when the Federation recorded its 1^st two (2) imported cases of COVID-19.

The Government of St. Kitts & Nevis is seeking to achieve the Herd Immunity threshold, that is, having at least 70 percent of the population Vaccinated. 

However, Medial Chief of Staff at the JNF General Hospital – Dr. Cameron Wilkinson, stated recently the Federation may not reach Herd Immunity by October 2021 (which is also the month scheduled for a full re-opening of the country). 

Thus far, almost 13,000 persons have received their 1^st dose of the Oxford Astra Zeneca Vaccine.
