He also went into detail on the developments made to the Technical and Vocational Training (TVET) wings of the various schools across St. Kitts:

The TVET project was carried out under the TVET Enhancement Project funded by the Caribbean Development Bank and the Federal Government of St. Kitts at Nevis at a cost of 3.1 million EC dollars.
