That’s the theme for World Health Day 2020, which was celebrated on Tuesday, April 7th, 2020.
St. Kitts and Nevis joined the rest of the World to observe the day and to celebrate service of the global nursing fraternity.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared 2020 the International Year of the Nurses and the Midwives.
World Health Day 2020 is an ideal opportunity to shine the spotlight on all members of the nursing fraternity in St. Kitts and Nevis.
According to a release from the Federal Ministry of Health, “We applaud the efforts of our nurses and midwives in our four hospitals; 17 health centers; those in private practice; and those who care for senior citizens and persons with disabilities in public and private sector long-term care facilities.”
