Foreign Minister Douglas attends 52nd OAS General Assembly in Lima, Peru

From October 5^th to 7^th, Minister of Foreign Affairs et. al, the Right Hon. Dr. Denzil Douglas attended the 52nd Regular Session of the General Assembly of the Organization of American States (OAS) in Lima, Peru.

He was accompanied by Counsellor and Alternate Representative of the Permanent Mission of St. Kitts and Nevis to the OAS, Mrs. Sonia Boddie-Thompson. The assembly was held at the Lima Convention Centre.

On October 7^th, Dr. Douglas delivered a National Statement outlining the Federation’s Foreign policy priorities:

The theme for the 52nd Regular Session of the General Assembly of the OAS was “Together Against Inequality and Discrimination”.
