Rastafari groups will receive free licenses, and traditional cultivators, many previously criminalized, will benefit from lower fees and easier entry. The licensing process is now open and applications can be submitted in St. Kitts at the Authority’s office on Princess Street, Basseterre or in Nevis via the Ministry of Agriculture.
