Government equipment being used for personal use; is something being done?

Tuesday’s Edition of the Let’s Talk Programme provided a medium for what has been seen as a growing issue on Nevis; the use of Government equipment being used by individuals for their own personal uses.

 

 

During the programme, one caller aired his experiences and views on an ongoing issue where heavy machinery owned by the government is being used by an individual on his personal property. The caller posed the matter to the panel inclusive of Minister of Public Works, Hon. Spencer Brand:

 

 

During the programme, Minister Brand stated that he had not received any request for an individual to utilize government equipment for personal usage.
