Concerns about vending activities in urban Basseterre, have come to the fore and Minister of Sustainable Development and Environment-St. Kitts, have sought to address them.

On Thursday Feb. 12^th, during a National Assembly Sitting, the Hon. Dr. Joyelle Clarke, acknowledged that vending remains a source of income for many families but stressed that it must operate within legal requirements.
