GSS holds TVET week of activities

The Gingerland Secondary School (GSS) is holding a week of activities in dubbed the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TEVT) Week until Friday, March 3rd.

 

TVET wing of GSS, like others across the federation was designed to facilitate the teaching and learning of TVET subjects such as engineering and building construction.

 

Thus far, a promotion, prize giving, registration for an activity called the TVET Hunt and an activity called decorate your display,  a devotion and a prize giving for and activity called the TVET Hunt took place.

 

The remainig activities slated to take place include: a Mural unveiling, a Trivia on social media, a raffle and a Tick Tock challenge.

 

The TVET Week of activities forms part of  a larger celebration of the Gingerland Secondary School (GSS) 50th anniversary. The school opened its doors to educate the youths of Nevis on January 24th, 1973.
