A notice from the Premier’s Office indicates that the Hon. Mark Brantley has travelled to the Grand Cayman on official duties.

Premier Brantley departed the federation on Wednesday, July 8^th, 2026 and is expected to return on Sunday, July 12^th, 2026.

During his absence, the Hon. Eric Evelyn is serving as Acting Premier.

Meantime, the next Monthly Press Conference by the Premier will be held on Thursday, July 23^rd, 2026 in the NIA Cabinet Room on the 2^nd floor of the Social Security Building at Pinney’s Estate, Nevis.

The proceeding will begin at 10:00 a.m. where the Premier is expected to share updates and speak on issues of national importance.

Thereafter, members of the media will be given the opportunity to ask questions on behalf of the general public.
