Nevis’ Minister of Communications and Water Services, the Hon. Spencer Brand, attended the Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association (CWWA) 33rd Annual Conference and Exhibition which took place on October 22nd 2024 in Trinidad and Tobago. 

Mr. Brand, along with other Caribbean countries’ leaders signed the Water Declaration of Port of Spain. He shared more details on the initiative with the VONNEWSLINE.
