Horsfords Nevis Center and VON Radio launches Culturama 50 Song of the Year Competition

Horsfords Nevis Center in collaboration with VON Radio has released one of its activities in celebration of the golden jubilee of the Culturama Festival.

 

 

 

This year will see the execution of the inaugural Culturama 50 Song of the Year Competition. Artists/ musical groups across the island possessing an original song for this year’s festive season will be eligible to enter the competition. Persons will be able to participate by filling out and submitting the registration form and the original song, which would be placed on VON Radio’s website and media platforms for members of the public to vote for what they think is the best song. Persons would also have the opportunity to call in at selected times to cast their vote. During an interview on VON Radio, General Manager at Horsfords Nevis Center, Mr. Oscar Walter and Manager Mr. Carlisle Pemberton spoke on Horsfords’ instant move in joining the initiative:
