In 10 days, the Nevis Health Promotion Unit (HPU) will celebrate its 10^th annual Sneaker Day initiative.

Sneaker Day was formed as a way of encouraging persons within the community to walk more, which is a good approach to a healthier lifestyle.

On Friday September 11^th (Sneaker Day), a Scavenger Hunt will be held titled ‘Charlestown edition’.

 According to the HPU, a number of clues throughout Charlestown will be posted on its facebook page where prizes can be won.

 But how does it work?

Step 1: Solve the Clue, Step 2: locate the hidden envelop/clue and Step 3: Collect your prize at the unit situated on Upper Prince Williams Street in Charlestown. Prizes will also be awarded for the most Creative Sneaker Outfits.

The initiative is sponsored by National Bank, the Nevis Island Administration, Nevis Health Promotion Unit and the Ministry of Health and the Gender Affairs.
