In preparation of the re-opening of the federation’s borders, both the St. Kitts and Nevis Tourism Authorities spoke clearly about the necessity of the COVID-19 Travel Approved Training for Tourism entities that interact with tourists.
Upon completion of the training, a travel approved seal will be awarded to all businesses and tour operators in the federation.
This will clearly identify the establishments and operators within the tourism industry who have undergone the required training to meet the minimum health and safety COVID-19 protocols.
On Nevis, the Nevis Tourism Authority (NTA) and the Ministry of Tourism (MOT) in conjunction with the Ministry of Health (MOH), has successfully conducted Phase 1 “Sensitization Training” and Phase 2 “Train the Trainers” COVID-19 safety protocol workshops for all stakeholders on the island.
