Illegal Weapons once again recovered by police in Ottley

On November 3rd, 2023, the Joint Security Operations Tactical Team (JSOTT) of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) recovered illegal firearms in St. Kitts.

 

 

 

Between 10pm and 11pm, the search of an empty lot in the Ottley’s area led to the recovery of Mac 11 with three rounds and one M&P 40 with seven matching rounds. The Crime Scene Unit (CSU) processed the scene and the contraband was taken into custody. To date, no one has been held accountable for the find. The general public will be kept abreast of key developments in the ongoing investigation. In more police news – Two men were charged by police in connection with a robbery that took place at Fort Tyson Rise at Frigate Bay St. Kitts on November 11th, 2023.

Joselo Nunez Pie of Infirmary Road, St. Johnstons Village St. Kitts and Jonathon Rawlins of Herbert Street, Newton, St. Kitts were both charged with Aggravated Robbery at the Basseterre Police Station on Wednesday, November 15th, 2023.
