A wounding incident occurred at the St. Kitts-Nevis Defence Force (SKNDF)’s Base at Camp Springfield, in St. Kitts, on (Monday morning) Mar. 30^th.

Police have confirmed to the VONNEWSLINE that this resulted in one Private (male) being treated at the JNF General Hospital.

Initial investigations suggest that the wounding was the result of an incident between two Privates (or soldiers). A police spokesperson said the nature of the incident has not yet been confirmed.

No names were disclosed but investigation into the matter continues.
