Commissioner of Police, James Sutton has addressed ongoing rumors in public circulation. He stated that upon assumption of his role as Commissioner in February 2023, that he “met widespread infrastructural deficiencies across most police facilities in St. Kitts and a few on Nevis.”
Commissioner Sutton stated along with his High Command that no time was wasted to repair, refurbish or rebuild “the worst of our facilities”. He also shared information on a number of facilities that is near completion:
