Single object of fresh cassava root isolated on white background
The “I Represent My Community” Cooking Competition took place on Saturday, April 16th, 2022 at the Artisans Village at 2.00 pm.
The main ingredient for this Competition was Cassava.
Ms. Warner won the Competition with her dish which was a waffle made from Cassava called “Yuca Waffle” and a Cassava-based drink titled “Java”.
The next Competition will be held in Basseterre, St. Kitts on (Labour Day) Monday, May 2nd, 2022 with the main ingredient: Green Banana.
