Mr. Judah Fari is the winner of the third edition of the “I Represent My Community” Cooking Competition that took place on (Labour Day) Monday, May 2^nd, 2022 in St. Kitts. 

The main ingredient for this Competition was ‘Green Banana’.   

Mr. Fari from La Guerite won the Competition after earning 127 points with his dish: a Vegan Green Banana Pie made with vegan meat and cheese with a salad on the side along with a Moringa and Guinea Grass Green Juice. 

The other competitors were: Ms. Kachianna Robin from Bonne Avenue who was placed second with 111.5 points and Ms. Norecia Peets from Lime Kiln who was placed third with 102.5 points. 

Another competition will be held in St. Kitts with the main ingredient: ‘pumpkin’.
