One man has been convicted and fined for the offence of Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply, which was committed on April 19^th 2025, at the Charlestown pier, Nevis.

On August 19^th 2025, Julien Natta of Main Street, was fined EC $5,000 (Eastern Caribbean, five thousand dollars) payable within four (4) months.

He will serve one (1) year in His Majesty’s Prison, should he default.

Mr. Natta’s sentence was handed down at the Charlestown Magistrate Court by His Honour Reynold Benjamin.
