Owner of Fit Wellness Training Center and Director of the National Weight Loss Campaign, Mr. David Walwyn.

The triple “F” series stands for Free, Fun, Fitness.

That is the current training program being implemented at the Fit Wellness Center located on the second floor above the Rams Complex in Charlestown.

The VONNEWSLINE spoke with Mr. Walwyn, who explained some of the fitness activities being conducted in the program:
