Kevin Isaac of Fort Thomas Road, McKnight, St. Kitts, has been convicted and fined for the offence of Escaping from Lawful Custody.

Mr. Isaac pleaded guilty to the offence and was fined five hundred dollars (XCD $500), to be paid within two months, or in default, four months imprisonment.

His sentence was handed down on July 27^th, 2026, at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court, presided over by Her Honour Ms. Yasmine Clarke.
