Leader of PAM says Richard Caines,“ played a role in the development of SKN”
Sir Richard Caines, passed away at the age of 87 years on Monday, July 27th, 2020.
Sir Caines was one of the founding fathers of the People’s Action Movement (PAM), here in St. Kitts & Nevis.
He also served as Junior Minister of Finance in the Kennedy Simmonds Administration.
In light of the recent development, Deputy Prime Minister and current Leader of PAM, the Hon. Shawn Richards, spoke with the VONNEWSLINE and expressed his condolences.
