Police have arrested and charged a local attorney-at-law for the offence of attempting to pervert the course of Justice.

This is when a person prevents justice from being served on themselves or on another party.

Mr. Craig Tuckett of Bird Rock, St. Kitts, who is also the Deputy Party Leader of PLP (People’s Labour Party), was charged on Friday February 23rd, at the Basseterre Police Station.

The criminal offence was committed on Wednesday February 12th, in Basseterre.
