Lawmen have told the VONNEWSLINE that a man from District ‘A’ has been formally charged for the offence of Rape and the offence of Kidnapping.

District “A” refers to the Basseterre zone in St. Kitts. He was charged on Tuesday March 14th.

The offence was committed on November 13th, 2022. He has been remanded to His Majesty’s Prison.
