One man in St. Kitts has been found guilty of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge and Indecent Assault or (Unwanted physical contact).

Unlawful Carnal Knowledge is sexual intercourse with someone who is under the legal age of consent or unable to give lawful agreement.

A police spokesperson said Craig McDowell, a former Media Officer within the Ministry of Education St. Kitts, was found guilty of the offences on Sep. 25^th.

Mr. McDowell’s sentence delivery is slated for Oct. 30^th.
