Man sentenced for cocaine possession

A police communique says Jeshawn Daniel of Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been sentenced for the offences of Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply.  

 

Having pleaded guilty to both charges, his sentence was handed down on January 31st, at the District “B” Magistrate Court in Sandy Point, by Her Honour Mrs. Karen Hill-Hector.

 

For the offence of Possession of Cocaine, Mr. Daniel was cautioned.

 

HE was fined one-thousand-five- hundred dollars ($1,500 ECD), payable by February 28th 2025, with a default penalty of three (3) months imprisonment, for the offence of Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply.
