Maya Marcellin Crowned 2025 Haynes Smith Miss Caribbean Talented Teen Queen

The 2025 Haynes Smith Miss Caribbean Talented Teen Pageant took place in St. Kitts at Belle Mont Resort, on December 29th, 2025. Representing St. Kitts was the 2024 winner of Miss Teen Saint Kitts and Nevis, Ms. Soriah Williams-Powell.

At the end of the night the crown went to Miss British Virgin Islands, Maya Zareiah Venice Marcellin, with Miya Johnson of Saint Lucia securing first runner-up and Ailyn Tavarez Sanchez of Anguilla earning second runner-up. Their performances highlighted the grace, talent, and confidence that define this prestigious competition.

The Haynes Smith Miss Caribbean Talented Teen Pageant stands as one of the Caribbean’s most influential youth pageants. It was conceived in 1979 during a visionary brainstorming session in St. Kitts, with the aim of celebrating the talent, intellect, and cultural richness of Caribbean teenage women. Officially debuting in 1980,years ahead of similar international teen pageants, it set a bold new standard for youth pageantry in the region.

Over the decades, the pageant has evolved into a cultural institution and a cornerstone of St. Kitts’ Carnival celebrations.
