“Restriction on International Travel”

For the purposes of preventing, controlling and suppressing the spread of the novel coronavirus or COVID-19, with immediate effect all airports including private airports and fixed-base operations shall be closed to incoming international flights, except with the prior written permission of the Air Ports Authorities, in consultation with the Chief Medical Officer.

This is according to Section 16 of the current COVID-19 Regulations, which govern the Federation.

However, our borders are slated to reopen in October 2020.

In addition, the Federation continues to receive returning nationals. Member of the National COVID-19 Task Force, Superintendent Cromwell Henry, spoke about protocols an individual will have to follow, upon entry into St. Kitts and Nevis.

Anyone found in contravention of the aforementioned, will face a penalty.
