The St. Kitts and Nevis Medicinal Cannabis Authority is advancing an education-focused rollout of the industry that links public outreach with economic and agricultural development. CEO Navid Mills said town halls, public lectures, and consultations will help farmers, entrepreneurs, researchers, and community groups understand the regulated framework.
