Mental Health Counselor urges public to “Be very careful who you choose to-speak-to” regarding Mental Health illness
Mental Health week is currently being observed here in St. Kitts and Nevis until October 10th 2020.
As part of the awareness efforts being made for the week, Counselor at the Nevis Mental Health Unit, Mr. McMillian Coffee, while present on VON Radio’s Let’s Talk program, spoke about when it is the appropriate time for an individual to seek diagnosis, counselling and treatment for mental health illness:
