The Methodist Church on Nevis and throughout the conference is currently celebrating Local Preachers’ Week, an annual recognition done by the church.

The recognition began on Monday, April 22nd and will culminate on Sunday, April 28th also known as Local Preachers’ Sunday.

The week is used to acknowledge the work of preachers in the Methodist Church as well as other members who contribute to the ministry of preachers. While speaking to the VON NEWSLINE, Local Preacher at the church, Mr. Hansel Manners spoke on the activities planned throughout the week:

The panel discussion will include a group of four to engage attendees and is expected to divulge into different views surrounding the topic. The public is invited to attend.
