Minister of Health with responsibility for the Solid Waste Management Corporation (SWMC), the Hon. Eugene Hamilton, has launched a National Bin Distribution Program.
The SWMC will serve as the executing agency for this project, with the distribution to start next Monday Mar. 16th.
Minister Hamilton made this disclosure on Tuesday Mar. 10th.
It is also understood that the SWMC has other initiatives, in the pipeline.

According to Minister Hamilton, the Smart Bins are “outfitted with modern technology to enhance our collection system and customer service.”
