Minister of Labour and Social Security, the Hon. Vance Amory has sought to provide some clarification on the Relief Fund, which was announced by Prime Minister, Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris, in response to CoVID-19.

This also came on the heels of a false report circulating on social media, stating that persons can collect their cheques, in light of the above mentioned.

Additionally, the fund was created to assist employees and employers with additional finance because of the economic impact the virus has caused globally and in particular, nationally.
