Minister of Agriculture-St. Kitts, Entrepreneurship, the Creative Economy et al., Hon. Samal Duggins, held his quarterly press conference on Tuesday October 14^th, under the theme: “Beyond Boundary, Breaking Barriers”.

During the conference, the minister stated that this quarter has been one of action, one of impact and certainly one of transformation.

Mr. Duggins further stated that over the past 90 days, his ministries have invested more on the youths of the federation. He said that his government did not just put something in the headlines but showed action among its people.
