The Ministry of Health in St. Kitts has successfully hosted its Senior Leadership Retreat 2026 at the Events Centre at Kittitian Hill under the theme, “Excellence, Efficiency and Accountability in Health Leadership.”

The retreat brought together senior officials and key partners for focused discussions aimed at strengthening leadership, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing accountability across the health sector.

Participants engaged in strategic sessions covering the 2026 to 2030 Health Strategic Plan, empathetic leadership, civil service legislation, modern workforce management, and performance-driven work planning.

Interactive activities and collaborative working sessions also formed part of the programme, reinforcing teamwork and shared responsibility.

The retreat concluded with a collective commitment to strengthening leadership capacity and advancing high-quality, accountable health services for the people of the Federation.
